岗位职责：

1. 确认出运计划。

2．确认船期并安排订舱,填写工作联系单。

3．配舱后制定做箱通知/进仓通知/内装清单。提供所需文档交予单证人员。

4. 整理报关资料并递交至报关行。

5．查询放关上船信息, 与订舱人员、代理、报关行协调进展。

6．客户确认后开具付款通知及发票，协调国外代理。

7. 核实相关讯息，将操作文件归档。

8. 解决操作过程中的疑问，与海外联络并提供解决方案。

9. 完成操作日常报告。

资历要求：

1. 大专以上学历，2年以上第三方物流公司工作经验。

2. 熟悉海运出口美线/非美线单证、订舱、操作的工作流程及相关要求。

3. 熟悉海运出口拼箱市场，有自拼箱和拼箱换货经验。

4. 具备Key account相关工作经验为佳。
5. 具备与客户、海外、仓库、车队独立沟通协调的能力。
6. 英语四级以上或同等水平，读、说、写流利。
7. 具备独立应对突发事件并解决问题的能力。
8. 积极进取，能适应快节奏工作环境。
9. 细致、耐心，具备团队合作精神。
