岗位职责：
1. 处理海运/空运进口门到门相关事宜，清关、送货等。
2. 跟进销售货，按照销售要求和价格开票给客户。
3. 跟供应商维持良好关系，处理日常事件，核对应收应付费用。
4. 破损货的索赔等事宜。
5. 费用回收,完成相关报表。
6. 提供客户业务咨询。
7. 协助进口经理管理部门内各操作，并帮助员工解决操作中遇到的困难，对下属进行业务指导与培训。
8. 定期向经理汇报工作并完成经理交办的其他工作。

岗位要求:
1. 经验: 有3年以上海/空运进口操作工作经验，并有2年以上操作管理经验
2. 有GLOBAL 货代公司工作经验，熟悉美线进口操作
3. 熟悉特殊监管区操作流程和规范
4. 英语CET6及以上或同等水平及以上，口语良好
5. 个性细心，稳定，工作负责，积极主动，沟通能力强
