RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute product marketing strategy and promotional plans to support sales growth and sales target achievement for the assigned product portfolios

• Develop and manage product line-specific content such as sales tools, collateral materials, scientific publications, trade exhibits, and web content

• Actively gather competitive intelligence to maintain an high level of awareness of the competitive landscape to inform strategic and tactical product plans and represent VOC inside the organization

• Work closely with Marcom to drive marketing programs to generate new sales leads and ensure the brand is promoted through multiple channels

• Actively drive clinical education by developing useful tools and leading high impact user group meetings and seminars related to assigned product portfolios

• Provide regular product marketing training or market intelligence updates to the sales force and business partners

• Initiate and manage clinical evaluation projects to ensure favorable results are published in high impact journals or presented at influential conferences; develop and maintain relationship with key opinion leaders

• Regularly support sales calls to understand customer issues and front line challenges to successful selling of associated products, develop useful tools to help sales address challenges

• Work closely with the regulatory department and customer service department to facilitate product registration, clinical trial, product evaluation and product update

• Work with sales and sales operation team to ensure proper demand and supply forecast

• Work closely with GA team to ensure planning and driving of patient charge projects on associated products as well as regular update of government policy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Master Degree in Science related field, preferably in Life Science or Clinical Medicine

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales or technical support, preferably in IVD, Medical Device, Pharma or Life Science industry. Previous product management experience is a plus

• Strong collaboration, time management, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluent in Mandarin and English

• Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
