JOB SUMMARY

主要负责SKF内部和外部客户的进出口运输操作和跟踪

To be responsible for the import, export and local transportation operation for SKF internal customers and external customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- 大学本科及以上学历，主修国际贸易或物流College degree or above, major in international trade or logistics

- 3年及以上有从事物流/货代进出口方面相关工作经验More than 3 years' experience in logistics/forwarding company, knowledge on import & export operations

- 有团队合作精神Team spirit

- 工作积极主动，有一定的抗压能力Motivated, can work under high pressure

- 有良好的中英文听说读写能力Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

- 有良好的沟通和解决问题技巧Good negotiation, inter personal, performance measurement reporting, and problem solving skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- 日常的进出口操作和关务单证处理Daily operation of import, export shipments and Customs documents;

- 准备运输单据，包括发票箱单，信用证，银行汇票等Prepare shipping document, including invoice, L/C, bank draft etc.

- 协调并确保货代能够及时交付货物To coordinate with service providers to ensure on-time delivery within agreed lead time

- 协调SKF供应商，工厂和内部客服以确保货物在客户要求的时间内进行交付To coordinate with SKF suppliers, SKF factories and internal customer service to ensure delivery based on customers’ requirements

- 在紧急突发事件发生时能快速响应Action all requests for shipments on an emergency basis

- 监控和处理运输延误Transport deviation monitoring and handling

- 维护和更新运输信息系统内容To update and maintain transport information in system

- 可以制定标准的SOP 给相应的供应商并确保SOP能平稳的被执行To define standard operation procedure (SOP) for suppliers and ensure smooth SOP implementation with suppliers

- 可以制定供应商的KPI并监控他们的绩效确保持续改进To define supplier KPI and monitor supplier performance closely to ensure continuous improvement

- 能有效地面对内部和外部客户关于运输的问题进行沟通Effectively communicate with internal/external customers for transport quotation

- 运输投诉处理Transport claim handling

- 相关报告制作Reporting
