1、负责天猫、京东等店铺的日常维护、推广和引流； 

2、对店铺风格进行整体把控和调整； 

3、策划店铺日常活动和主题性营销； 

4、配合京东天猫完成各类大型活动，策划店铺活动，为店铺创造利润和销售目标； 

5、协调各部门组织货品、客服、设计、发货、物流等各类资源； 

6、制定运营计划，完成上级指派的任务，制作年、月、周销售计划； 

7、负责巡店检查及货品进仓上架及平台活动报名执行； 

8、店铺周、日关于流量、转化率、客单价等数据的汇总分析； 

9、完成公司领导下达的电子商务， 网络运营， 京东运营 ，天猫运营等相关任务；

任职要求：

1、大学专科以上学历，具有天猫京东运营经验者优先； 

2、有两年以上的天猫、京东等平台营销与推广经验； 

3、熟悉天猫、京东运营环境、交易规则、各类营销工具、网站内部广告资源，熟悉天猫、京东运营原理，对推广与开店有丰富的实战经验者优先； 

4、能够提升品牌销量，熟悉各渠道工作，协调各方面资源及时跟进推广效果； 

5、具有优秀的沟通能力、组织协调能力； 

6、对数据敏感，心理承受能力强，善于交流，具备较强的分析及策划能力。
