职位描述：
1、完善公司财务系统的组织结构，降低经营管理成本；
2、对公司的经营目标进行财务描述，为经营管理决策提供依据；
3、配合内、外部审计工作，采取措施解决发现的问题；
4、制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；
5、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
6、负责组织公司的成本管理工作；
7、进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。

任职资格
1、财会、金融、经济管理类专业，本科以上学历，有注册会计师资格者优先；
2、须五年以上财务岗位工作经验；1年以上团队管理经验；
3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队合作精神；
6、受过管理学、经济学、企业运营流程等方面的培训优先；
7、敬业、责任心强、严谨踏实、工作仔细认真；
8、有外贸出口企业工作经验，有出口退税经验者优先。
