1. 客户订单处理及发票处理，根据客户财务状况和交期要求安排货物出库及开票。
2. ndle sales orders, rental orders and issue system invoices to ensure goods dispatched according to customer payment and contract requirement.
3. 依据公司内部流程处理成本中心订单、库存转移订单，确保各需求部门领料要求。
4. ndle internal cost center orders, stock transfer orders to fulfill material picking request from other departments.
5. 处理退换货订单及客户投诉。
6. al with goods return / exchange and other customer claims.
7. 处理进口报关业务，包括进口备件商品编码归类、报关文件制作、机电产品进口许可证申办、CCC目录外申请等，确保高效、准确的货物进口清关流程。
8. al with import clearance, including HS code identification, import documents preparation, import license of mechanical & electronic products application and CCC waiver application, etc. to ensure a high efficient and accurate import process.
9. 处理维修备件及呆滞物料的出口退运，包括出口文件制作及联系货运代理安排出口航班等。
10. al with the export of reparable parts and slow-moving items, including preparing shipping documents and booking export space, etc.
11. 协助财务部整理关税和进出口收付汇所需资料。
12. ordinate with finance department on the collection of import duty sheets and other required documents for overseas payment.
13. 其他上级主管安排的任务。

要求 / Requirements:

1. 本科学历，国际贸易或物流管理专业优先
2. chelor degree, major in international trade or logistic management is preferred
3. 7年以上相关工作经验，熟悉机电类产品进出口关务流程和客户订单操作流程
4. years working experience, familiar with import & export of mechanical & electronic products and customer order processing
5. 诚实、勤奋、积极主动、以结果为导向和注意工作细节
6. able, diligent, proactive, result and detail oriented.
7. 良好的英语口语和书面语
