Description of Position and Responsibilities:

Conducts analytical studies on engineering proposals to develop designs for tools utilizing and applying engineering principals, research data, and proposed specifications. Analyzes engineering proposals, process requirements, and related technical data pertaining to design to determine feasibility of proposal.

Responsibilities and Activities

• Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance.
• Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation.
• Supports the development of processes, methods, and tools.
• Applies program technical requirements into work requirements, processes, and tasks.
• Translates program/customer technical requirements into processes/tools
• Maintains tools and process documentation.
• Ensures compliance to customer Engineering processes.
• Provide process and tools coordination and communication.
• Investigate process/tool issues and identify solutions.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Skills and Abilities

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, and Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent engineering degree
• Up to 3 years of experience in an engineering classification
• 2 years Electrical/Mechanical design or installation
• 3 years CAD design
• 2 years Aerospace industry (preferred)

Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to effectively communicate and work within team environment.
• Requires guidance from more experienced engineers.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts.
• Understanding of configuration management.
• Able to understand technical data.
• Understanding of CAD design software skills.
• Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem solving methodologies.
• Fluent in English (Written and verbal).
• Ability to learn and work with MS Office computer applications

任职要求：

在电气，机械，或航空航天工程相关专业学士学位或者以上

两年工程设计经验

有使用CAD的工作经验

较强的沟通能力和团队合作能力

熟悉工程学的原理，理论，技术，和概念

理解配置管理
能够理解的技术数据
能够用一定的方法手段去解决设计问题
熟悉CAD软件设计技能
流利的英语的听说读写
