Description of Position and Responsibilities:

Perform allocation of all applicable requirements and ensure that all functional groups inside Labinal have met and verified their applicable requirements.

Responsibilities and Activities

Requirements Management:

- Monthly review of the Requirements database for new and modified requirements

- Validate applicability of requirements to Labinal in accordance with the SOW

- Allocate requirements to the appropriate Labinal groups and Electrical Design Zones

- Ensure affected documents (Design Guide, AIR, QTP, etc.) are updated

- Manage and propose Labinal Tier 3 requirements

- Review and negotiate methods of verification

- Update and manage V&V Requirements Database

Verification:

- Perform audits of Labinal functional groups to ensure compliance with requirements

- Ensure that verification processes are being followed

- Collect verification results

Deviations:

- Coordinate all deviation requests with engineering

- Prepare deviation request forms

- Keep Non Conformance database updated with all Deviation Requests

- Process external deviation requests

QUALIFICATIONS

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of engineering and management groups.

Computer and Software Skills:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired proficiency in MS Access and/or similar database management application, CATIA V5 and IDEAL.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Comfortable with ambiguity and limited instruction.

工作职责：

需求管理
- 每月审查新的和修改的要求的数据库的

应聘要求：

本科学历，三年相关工作经验

语言能力：
阅读能力，分析和解释复杂的文件。能够进行有效的沟通与工程和管理组各级。

计算机和软件技能：
必须精通（微软Windows，MS Office套件的Word，Excel，PowerPoint中）。
期望在MS Access和/或类似的数据库管理应用程序，CATIA V5和Ideal。

推理能力：
有能力在只有有限的标准化数据的情况下，解决的实际问题和处理各种情况，能够完成各种书面，口头，图表的指导语。能够应对各种复杂的工作环境。
