Main Function Responsibilities and Activities /本职位的主要责任以及职能:
? Control and update of external and internal documents process / 控制与更新内部与外部的文件程序
? Direct communication with the customer to ensure the review of external documents and implementation process / 指导与客户的沟通，以此保障外部文件的评审与执行程序
? Generation and verification of reports and metrics / 制定并验证报告与指标
? Maintain and control all applicable records of the IMS / 维护与掌控IMS系统所有可用的记录
? Generation and track of department purchase requisitions / 制定与跟进部门请购单
? Provide support to personnel replacement requests for labels, ink and documents / 为部门更换标签，墨水以及文件提供支持
? Control and auditing of documents configuration and personnel stamps / 掌控以及审计文件以及个人图章
? Provide support on documents request / 对文件方面的要求提供全力支持
? Support the internal and external audit processes / 对内部与外部的审计程序提供支持
? Quote and get required external documents if not available /引用及获取所需的外部文件当内部无此文件
任职要求：
? Bachelor degree from college or university / 大学专科或本科文凭
? At least 2 years of experience in documents control process or equivalent at an aerospace or equivalent industry / 至少具备在文档管理程序或航空或相关行业两年的工作经验
? Fluent English speaking / 英语口语流利
? MS Office tools proficiency / 熟练操作办公软件
? Good communication skills / 娴熟的沟通技巧
? Service attitude and organized / 耐心，有条理
? Ability to effectively respond to common inquiries from the internal customers / 能够有效地回应内部顾客的一般询问
? Aerospace requirements knowledge / 具备航空要求方面的知识
? ISO 9001, ISO14001, AS9100 and/or equivalent knowledge is desireable / 了解，熟悉ISO 9001, ISO14001, AS9100和/或相关知识更佳
