JOB OBJECTIVES:
Coordinate with the technical support teams and the production teams for project execution as planning, application, design, procurement, construction management etc based on BASF guidelines.
Provide engineering proposals with drawings and technical datasheets for MOC or project study;
Quality indentification and control for site construction and purchased equipments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Engineering design covering mechanical, E&I, themodynamical calculation, konwledge of material science, chemicals processing and energy/mass balance.
2. To be the core coordinator and responsible for project planning, execution and support for trial production.
3. Skilled in AutoCAD and providing engineering drawings, mechanical drawing for feasibility study, conceptual decision.
4. Utilizing modern scientific tools, literature and highly efficient expert team networking.
5. Familiar with national standard and BASF guidelines and ensure design and construction of project will adhere to related national and internal standards.
6. Be aware of planning/construction related guideline and procedures related with legal authority and control the activities and procedures follow the related requirements.
7. Providing technical work instructions for construction quality management and contractor management
8. Ensure that legislative and regulatory requirements are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Mechanical and /or Chemicals Process / Engineering, Diploma
2. 5 years chemical or similar industry, Deep knowledge and rich experience with mechanical-, themodynamical and material science aspects in chemical engineering and Project Engineering or Construction management.
3. Collaborative hands on attitude, passion for creative work
4. Well organized, precise working attitude
5. Fluent English communication skills
