JOB OBJECTIVES:
Basic and detailed planning of requested plant maintenance in the area of site maintenance (static, piping & rotating) .
Maintain and improve the technical status of BCCS Jinshan site via application of state of the art of maintenance standards and materials.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure all related maintenance work meet company and mandatory EHS code and standards.
2. According to the supervisor's work arrangement and instruction, install, relocate, remove/replace,relevant machinery/equipment.
3. Carry out repairing of existing equipment according to related work instruction.
4. Carry out Preventive maintenance plan for related equipment/facility, ensure the equipment's working on the best condition.
5. Training of maintenance and production personnel on the appropriate use, maintenance and repair of equipment.
6. Provide technical consulting and support production in the area of site maintenance(static, piping and rotating) .
7. Update and maintain the technical documentation in the area of site maintenance (static, piping and rotating).
8. Monitor the stock of spare parts and initial request for replenishment to ensure no interruption of operation of the machinery repairing due to stock problems.
9. According to plant policy and procedures and supervisor's direction, adhere to safety and housekeeping practices and report any unsafe work or equipment conditions to the supervisor to ensure the plant safety
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma / Chemical Mechanism, Mechanical Engineering or above
2. 6+ years in petro-chemical or chemical company with maintenance/mechanical engineering experience
3. Solid knowledge in static equipment and piping, good / basic knowledge of rotating equipment, good understanding of related engineering standards as well as legal requirements, good computer skills and related software,e.g.AUTOCAD.
4. Acceptable communication skills in English and Mandarin.
