Remarks: This is a temporary position for 8 months.
Work Location: Gaoqiao, Pudong, Shanghai (with Shuttle Bus provided)
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Sales
People Management Responsibility: No
Travel Required: No
Shift Required: No
OBJECTIVES:
To efficiently manage the order fulfilment processes and handle customers' inquiries / complaints in accordance with established operation policies / procedures and practices and provide full support and partnering with Sales Team in their function to plan, direct and control the sales and marketing activities in order to secure and enhance business opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To cooperate closely with sales team to achieve sales target
2. To prepare all documentation and statistics related to Sales and maintain proper filing
3. To maintain SAP & MRP in BAPS as management tool and ensure correct data input
4. To provide best possible service to customers and promote the establishment of long term customer relationship to ensure a sound profitable future customers base
5. To cooperate closely with other departments of the company to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of quality products
6. To support sales manager and sales team build up market information data bases, and summit routine market reports
7. To collect, document and consolidate customers' problems complaints according to defined procedures / system, coordinate with relevant personnel such as sales, logistics, warehouse, finance and production etc to solve problems and to ensure all necessary corrective & preventive actions are taken in accordance with serving standards. Update and alert Department Manager any unmet customer need timely
8. To support Sales Team on inventory & Credit Administration, ensure goods are available for timely sales and distribution and to regular check and monitor customers' credit status
9. To ensure that all operations (also at customer premises) are carried out in accordance with internal quality systems (TS16949), BASF and local government SHE regulations. Report any areas of concern immediately to Department Manager & EHS Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree and above, major in business, chemical or mechanical
2. At least 1 year working experiences preferably in Logistics and Customer Service & order processing area
3. Knowledge in PC software application and use of SAP is essential
4. Strong coordination and communication skills
5. Good command of English, in speaking and in written.
6. Competencies required: Striving for Achievement, Customer Focus, Communication and Interprersonal Understanding, Teamworking, Influencing and Impact, Working Management, etc.
