OBJECTIVES:
To manage and develope concept to maintain all installations, equipment, machinery, buildings, utilities, to enable production targets to be achieved and to meet the company objectives, to initiate and implement continuous process improvement measures (CIP), to plan & execute optimization and small expansion projects, etc.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To follow daily maintenance job of mechanical equipment at site
2. To develop mechanical equipment preventive maintenance plan
3. To develop mechanical equipment annual maintenance plan and TAR plan
4. To do spare parts management of mechanical equipment, issue PR, audit spare parts inventory periodically
5. To involve MOC project and small investment project mechanical part
6. To Manage contractor at site


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or college degree
2. Min. 5 years' experience in chemical industry mechanical maintenance
3. In depth knowledge of process equipment such as pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, tanks, piping and other related equipment
4. Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, predictive and preventive maintenance
5. Capital Project Management experience with small capital maintenance projects
6. Strong communication skills, fast learning, good team player
