JOB OBJECTIVES:

He/She is responsible for AST business manual and rules development and maintenance, ensuring regional investment application compliance with BASF Global and Regional guidelines. He/She is performing and/or managing the Asia Pacific site database and regional technical cost data collection and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Coordinate AST Business Manual development and maintenance

2.Coordinate regional guidelines and procedures developments on investment and project management

3.KPIs set-up for capital projects, engineering, maintenance and operations in alignment with GT, ZZC/E KPIs

4.Maintain Asia Pacific Site database

5.Perform regional technical cost data collection and reporting

6.Establish a process to extract all technology and investment related cost from BASF entities

7.identify and communicate potential improvement area to AST management through KPIs benchmarking

8.Support improvement measures set-up

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree with major in chemical engineering or business administration mandatory - Master degree preferable

2. At least more than 10 years total work experiences . At least more than 5 years work experiences in project control and controlling

3. Open minded active, creative team-player and self-motivated.

4. Skilled in relevant software and tools.
5. Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (mandarin) skills
