JOB OBJECTIVES:
Establish, implement, and maintain the BCSC's quality system in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 International Standard. Maintain Database and Document Control. Maintain Quality report in SAP.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Chair and provide instruction for the ISO/TS16949 Steering Committee, plan regular meeting with Committee
2. Report on the performance of the quality system to the G.M. directly
3. Be in touch with external parties on matters relating to the BCSC's quality system
4. Define the quality responsibilities identified in system
5. Design and coordinate the documented quality system
6. Review / update BCSC's QA Manual and all documented procedures
7. Making internal audit plan and report, organize internal audit and management review for leading to increased effectiveness and efficiency of the quality system
8. Customer quality report including database/QM maintenance
9. Internal quality report including database/QM maintenance
10. Assist quality manager and engineers in documentation and filing
11. Document controller
12. Take a lead quality tools training
13. Coordinate and support process and product audit
14. Support QA customer pre-audit

Qualifications:
1. Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing, or Industrial & Commercial Management
2. 3 year experience with quality management is required
3. Certified ISO/TS16949 internal auditor
4. Experience with document controller
5. Experience in western company or JV preferred
6. Good writing and speaking of English is required
7. ISO9001 or IS/TS16949 leader auditor certified is better
