Responsibilities

1. Understand the project’s idea and concepts, as well as the idea and concepts from the client.

2. Conduct research on existing and related project ideas, concepts and designs.

3. Create new designs by translating your concepts into drawings and models using computer design software.

4. Present the new designs and work with the team to refine the design/prototype while addressing technical constraints.

5. Responsible for tracking and supervision on decoration work.

Requirements

1. University degree or above in the field of interior design or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 7 years’ work experience in interior design or architecture design.

3. Good command in AutoCAD 、Rhino、AI, Photoshop. Auto and related architecture software.

4. Good communication skill and Team work spirit.

岗位职责

1 负责装修施工质量管理、招投标管理；

2 参加方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计审核；制定项目设计计划及设计任务书；

3 负责对项目进行跟踪和监督；

4 负责案例，技术及资源的整理；

5 制定工作进度。

任职资格

1 建筑或室内设计本科或以上学历。

2 7年以上室内设计或相关工作经验，有大中型项目设计经验者优先考虑；

3 能熟练操作AutoCAD 、Rhino、AI, Photoshop,等设计软件

4 善于沟通，表达能力强，有团队精神
