Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
1. Prepare and update site quality manual/SOPs.
2. Manage GMP related SOPs in other departments and ensure them be updated timely.
3. Manage and oversee the entry, maintenance, and closure of deviations, customer complaints and return/recall.
4. Manage and oversee all CAPAs.
5. Coordinate and manage activities on all GMP related suppliers.
6. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring Quality auditing of External suppliers is carried out according to the Novartis Animal Health Quality Manual - maintain an annual auditing program, participate in and/or lead audits, manage action plans and follow up on agreed upon CAPAs.
7. Manage the self-inspection program, performs audits and writes reports according to the established schedule and timelines.

Shanghai Novartis Animal Health Co., Ltd. (SNAH) is a joint venture invested by Novartis Group (Switzerland) and it's China partners. SNAH was established in 1990 with total investment of .CHF50 million. Headquarter of SNAH locates in Shanghai, and it's 39,000m² affiliated manufacturing plant is in Wusi Farm, Fengxian County.
