1、负责医院总体行政管理，包括医院后勤总务、人事、财务等医疗支持、管理工作；

2、负责制定并组织实施相关业务计划、流程制度，考核监管体系，确保医院各项业务、各类活动顺利进行；

3、负责医院整体文化建设、团队建设，各项系统项目建设；

4、其他公司安排的管理工作

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，五年以上医院高层管理工作；

2、高端医疗或高端服务机构管理经验者优先；

3、具有较强的组织领导能力、执行落地能力、公共关系协调能力。

4、优秀的职业道德，服务理念，团队建设能力。

ChingHo (Shanghai) clinic is located at the core of Shanghai. The clinic has set up Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, Dentistry, TCM, General Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Imaging, Medicine laboratory, Digital imaging center and other departments.We are equipped with advanced diagnostic equipments including GE CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, CEREC and laminar flow operating room.At the same time, we also provide commercial insurance settlement and medical services in Chinese, English, French, Japanese and Korean.
