1. Manage ongoing and to-be projects, and take lead of applicaiton projects.

2. Assure competitiveness and innovation of products and processes from a technological and design standpoint, advises regarding product selection & applications

3.Fulfills pre-sale support requirements for testing, qualification, certifications or other technical services

4.Supports R&D projects at group level participating in meetings and sharing technical information.

5. Leads or supports customer response, problem-solving and corrective actions for product field failures

6.Plans & performs strategic or reactive technical product-line extension and maintenance, product redesign or cost reduction

7. Process transfer with other globle plants, owns product BOM, specifications and technical data sheets.

Essential skills & competencies:

1.Master or PhD Degree in material fields with 2-3 years relevant industrial experience required or a combination of equivalent education and experience.

2.Previous experience in material manufacturing industries, especially in thermal spray, casting, sintering are given preferential consideration.

3.Strong written and spoken Mandarin and English required for liaising with WW organizations.

4.Cross functional team and leadership experience and interpersonal skill required.

5.Strong project management, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills to work within tight deadlines.

6.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and strong background in product development process.

7.Logical approach to the solution of problems and capacity for original thinking, clear/concise documentation and correspondence during project execution required.
