1.Bachelor degree or above,majoring in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or related

2.Min 5 years of relevant working experience in auto industry

3.Ability of independent analysis,judgment and problem solving

4.Good oral, written English skills,German language skill will be a plus

5.Familiar with new product process build up procedure and experience of process development

6.Be familiar with quality tools (APQP、PPAP、SPC、FMEA) and customer requirement.

7.High potential of leadship

Job Responsibility:

1.Provide the equipment technical requirements and equipment acceptance in the middle of the project, the sample production, product release and track

2.Responsible for formulation and revision technical documention (work instructions, CP, PFMEA etc), ensure the technical documention is correct, complete and unified

3.PLM system maintenance

4.Analysis the product drawing, the standard requirement of the drawing, timely remind the problem that exist in the drawing

5.Track climbing of project capacity, the promotion of production efficiency, the improvement of quality, continuous improvement and optimization of other equipment, to guide the worker to slove the technical problems in the process of production

6.Production tooling/fixture, equipment type selection, technical specification and equipment acceptance according to the production process

7.Slove production problems, effective communication with customers, suppliers for technical problem, track the quality control and product acceptance
