ROLE:

Responsible for demand management of LZA China and inventory management for China warehouses, purpose is to continuously improve forecast accuracy, maintain service level and support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demand Planning (60%)

Create and maintain 12 months demand forecast for LZA China

Conduct monthly demand review meeting, to collect and consolidate business updates from sales and segment.

Considering statistical forecasting, sales/segment inputs, along with supply capability to generate demand forecast.

Closely tracking NPI, PLS and CR, which may significantly impact future demand.

Supply Planning (30%)

Overlook China warehouse inventory and service level

Monitor and optimize inventory level and structure for LZA China warehouses

Coordinate with multiple functions on NWSM solutions, to reduce and prevent NWSM.

Responsible for supply planning monthly report and organize monthly supply review meetings.

Balance and replenish stock among China manufacturing sites and warehouses.

Continuous improvement and project support (10%)

Continuously optimize demand planning model.

Continuously optimize supply planning and inventory control procedures.

When needed, provide support and assistant on projects, such as global upgrade on SAP, global network optimization for cost saving purpose.

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

Education：

Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience：

At least 5 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as demand planning, production planning, inventory control, logistics management, etc

Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred

Familiar with ERP (SAP) operations and logic behind
