1. 从用户的角度对产品的各项功能，性能指标等进行全面测试，并保证测试的质量；

2. 根据测试计划搭建和维护测试环境；

3. 具体到测试活动，涵盖测试用例的设计(test case design)，执行(test case execute)，测试结果的分析(results analysis)等，同时要进行测试用例的更新和维护。

4.对测试中发现的问题进行详细分析和准确定位，与开发人员讨论缺陷解决方案；

5.提出对产品的进一步改进的建议，并评估改进方案是否合理；对测试结果进行总结与统计分析，对测试进行跟踪，并提出反馈意见；

6.结合用户的需求和已有案例，准确理解和把握产品的定义，确定测试的范围和测试策略。

职位要求：

1.电子、无线电相关专业毕业，专科及以上学历；

2.熟悉电子产品相关测试标准；了解计算机系统、计算机控制测试及数据采集系统，精通数字电路、模拟电路、单片机，有扎实的数字电路、模拟电路基础知识，熟悉各种电子元器件、PCB板的使用方法及测试手段，并有独立的开发或测试经验；熟悉产品测试流程，熟练运用测试工具和仪器；熟悉网络布局。
