Position Overview:

This position responsible for new product introduction, test program and hardware validation, communication and cooperation across oversea team, final test yield improvement and test time reduction at production stage, quality improvement

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the new product introduction activities across multi-function team. Manage new product qualification to meet product transition schedule. Closely follow the qualification status and feedback to headquarter team.

2. Test Plan generates, validate, and implement for new products. 

3. New test software and hardware validation, debug and final release to manufacture.

4. New product correlation, electrical failure analysis and product specification definition alignment between headquarter and NPI.

5. Final test yield improvement with continuous activities to meet target and test time reduction for production capacity improvement.

6. OQC quality improvement with DPPM reduction by technical solution.

7. Support daily production abnormal issue solve, such as low yield, hold lot disposition etc.

8. Technical training of products and test methodology to key manufacture, quality and equipment maintenance staff.

Requirements:  

1. Bachelor or above degree with Electronics Engineering related majors.

2. Be familiar with CMOS Image Sensor products.

3. Excellent analysis and problem solve skills.

4. Good oral and written English.

5. C++ or other programming language skill is preferred.
