Principal Sales Assistant
Location: Shanghai, China

Job Responsibilities:
-Senior management's assistant to support all business related logistic
- Support China sales managers' travel arrangement
- Arrange all business meeting for China sales management on all logistic side
- maintain, update, and manage VP sales' calendar
- handle VP sales' expense claim
- organize and arrange internal sales team building and the distributor events
- monitor sales framework implementation and execution
- consolidate the input from the team member for the business related
- Regularly track the scorecard on both revenue and design pipeline, generate the report and do basic analysis
- organize the regular scorecard/design pipeline review and frequently remind the team member for action closure


Requirements:
- 8 years+ working experience on both office administration and sales operation in foreign company
- Good attitude and profession on providing the support
- Hardworking, proactive, and always pursue flawless execution
- Some business acumen and good at data management
- Fluent English and outstanding communication skill
