I. Job Description

Main Tasks 

1. Preparing the electrical proposal for robot application station.

2. PLC programming.

3. Basic robot programming.

4. Debugging the whole robot station with robotics engineer.

5. Cost calculation in electrical part.

6. Preparing the training book of robot station.

7. The other missions divided by leader.

Responsibility Electrical debugging and PLC programmer of robot station in woodworking industry.

Reporting

Conditions

1. Five years or above working experience in automation industry as the electrical engineer. At least three years working experience in robot integration industry.

2. Haveing the experience, electrical system design,configuration,programming and debugging, in non-standard robot integration project.

3. Familiar with industrial robots.

4. Familiar the electrical job of robot application, handling, packing, stacking and feeding etc.

II. Candidate Profile

Expertise Five years or above working experience in automation industry as the electrical engineer. At least three years working experience in robot integration industry. Familiar with non-standard project electrical equipment and control system integration.

Methodical Competence Familiar with industrial robots. 

Familiar the commonly used electrical control components.

Familiar the standard of Eplan electrical drawing.

Familiar the program and debug of HMI.

Familiar the step7 and the other software.

Education College degree or above with major in electrical, automation or other related majors.

Professional Experience Familiar the electrical job of robot application, handling, packing, stack-ing and feeding etc.

Having the experience, electrical system design, configuration, pro-gramming and debugging, in non-standard robot application project. 

Familiar the non-standard project integration with one brand robot of ABB, KUKA, and Yaskawa is preferred.

Leadership Experience 

Personality Good communication and learning skills.

Good relationship with customers and colleagues.

Cultural Compatibility 

International 

Compatibility Foreign company working experience is preferred.

Language Skills Good English skill, good German is preferred

Mobility Need to business trip.
