1.根据公司经营发展战略，通过对中方投资项目立项、审批、三同时等的归口管理，确保企业投资项目合规、合法实施。
Based on company operation and developing strategy, through the centralized management of the project approval, examination and approval of the Chinese investment project and the simultaneous management of the three and other enterprises, the compliance of the investment projects of the enterprise shall be ensured the legal implementation shall be implemented.
2.根据上级确定的工作目标和要求，制定本角色工作计划，并有效贯彻实施。

3.产能规划Capacity Planning
1)根据公司经营发展战略，独立或以团队形式制定和调整公司（包括各生产基地）的中长期产能规划、生产品种和加工范围等策略。
Based on company operation and developing strategy, work out independently or with team the medium-term and long-term capacity developing plan, product strategy and manufacturing strategy for the whole company which includes each production base.
2)负责平衡各生产基地的内部产能计划，并协助采购部门制定总体产能（外协供应商）建立策略，平衡内、外部产能以满足公司发展和市场销量需求；
Be responsible for balancing the total internal capacity planning of each production base, and work with purchasing department to generate general strategy of building up external capacity (out-sourcing suppliers) in order to balance the both internal and external capacities fulfilling the demand of company itself and market sales development.
4.投资规划 Investment Planning
1)根据中长期产能规划，独立或以团队形式制定相应的业务发展(Business Plan)投资计划、面积需求计划、能耗需求计划等，与其他各部门责任人建立跨部门小组落实产能计划的实施工作。
Based on medium and long term capacity planning, work out independently or with team the BP(Business Plan) investment plan, correspondingly-demanded space plan and energy plan, etc. Work with the responsible employee of other departments to build a cross-functional team to perform the implementation of capacity planning.
2)独立或协调其他TI各业务领域投资分管负责人汇总相关信息并编制投资计划，跟踪与计划偏离的内容，确保投资按计划实施完成，对于因故发生的偏差，在投资计划内进行调整和更新。
Independently or cooperatively working with other TI bfd. Investment responsible personnel, to collect relevant information and create investment plan, follow up the differences to the investment plan and ensure its completion, in case of deviations for certain reasons, update and rectify the investment plan.
3)协助各单项投资责任人完成投资申请、进度计划制定等工作，并跟踪实施过程。
Assist the responsible employee of each single investment for the investment approving and scheduling, the complete process of implementation.
5.文件及投资项目 Documentation and Investment Projects
负责编写如董事会传阅决议等的与投资相关的文件，并负责向合资公司中、外投资方汇报投资实施情况。
Create the investment-related documents such as circular resolution for the BOD, and report the investment progress to both investors of the joint-venture.
负责与政府部门沟通与投资项目相关的审批、实施过程跟踪和验收等工作。
Be responsible for communication with government departments regarding getting approval, progress follow-up and investment project acceptance.
6.负责固定资产管理工作。
Be responsible for administering the fixed assets.
7.总体平面图 General Layout
根据产能规划、投资计划等制定各生产基地的平面布局。
Based on capacity and investment plan, work out the layout of each production base.
协助与监控新设备就位计划的建立和执行，持续更新工厂平面图。
Coordinate and monitor the creation and implementation of the plan for placing the new equipment and update the layout continuously.
8.项目经济性 Project Economy
在需要的情况下，制定新项目投资，协助完成新项目报价阶段的CPC计算。
When needed, work out the investment for new project and assist the CPC calculation during quotation stage.
在需要的情况下，更新已有项目投资，协助完成项目各阶段的CPC计算。
When needed, update the investment for current project and assist the CPC calculation during each stage.
9.进行持续改进，并修订和完善与本职工作相关的各类规范；
Carry out job improvement continuously and in charge of revision and perfect related regulations, which are relative to daily work.
10.遵守法律法规，遵守并执行公司各项规章制度和相关岗位规范；
Comply with laws, regulations, company regulations and relative post standards.
11.理解并遵循质量、环境方针，遵守质量、环境管理手册，确保质量，做好本岗位的污染预防和控制工作，并完成各类评审改善事项。
