资深发行经理--《贵在上海》

工作职责：
1，制定策略及计划
1）制定最有效的发行策略并确保达到目标群体；
2）有效控制发行的广度和深度；
2，制定发行目标
1）在发行区域及数量方面，明确制定发行目标；
2）有效制定发行区域发展战略，合理计划和管理杂志内部分派页面；
3，控制发行渠道
1）开发并维护与直接合作伙伴之间的关系；
2）与第三方分发商议价并维护合作关系，有效监控发行工作的进行；
3）针对目标读者，开发并维护杂志的订购发行方式；
4，报告工作
1）与发行团队一起制定出年度发行计划，并及时报告发行工作的更新情况；
5，管理发行团队
1）能有效管理含有一名以上专业发行人员的发行团队；

要求
基本要求
1）本科毕业或应届毕业生（工商及市场类专业优先考虑）；
2）在杂志发行方面至少五年以上工作经验；）
3）在印刷品发行方面有可证明的记录；
4）能够跨城市建立多渠道发行网络；
个性要求：
？ 1） 有意愿并且有能力在发行团队工作；
？ 2） 能够专注于细节及有效处理复杂的工作任务；
？ 3） 积极主动，充满热情；
其他要求：
？ 1） 英语和普通话良好，中国籍候选人需通过CET6;外国籍候选人需能够用普通话进行流利沟通；
？ 2） 在口语及书面中均具有良好的沟通能力及自我表现力；
？ 3） 熟练掌握Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel；

Vantage Shanghai is a bi-monthly bilingual magazine in Shanghai that is focused on bringing the most original, thought provoking and inspiring ideas in culture, design, art, travel, luxury and lifestyle to our readers. From ground-breaking architecture to emerging artists, from daredevil adventures to philosophical debates, Vantage Shanghai gives readers the chance to enjoy intellectual luxuries in life and indulge their minds.

Vantage Shanghai is staffed by a close-knit, young and dynamic team and we are now looking for an experienced IT and online professional to join our team as Senior Circulation Manager. The successful candidate will enjoy facing new challenges, be motivated to succeed beyond expectations, is willing to roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty and can always be counted on to have a laugh.

(Vantage Shanghai is the first publication from Aquaspace Advertising & Media Co. Ltd (Aqua Media). Aqua Media is a media company based in Shanghai. We are looking to establish a media platform in China with a reputation for new and thought-provoking perspective and content, starting with Vantage Shanghai magazine.)



Responsibilities

Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Planning
a. Find the best ways to deliver on distribution objectives and reach target audience
b. Maintain a balance between breadth and depth of distribution
2. Building Distribution Targets
a. Clearly define distribution goals in terms of locations and numbers of copies sent
b. Plan and manage the allotted pages within the magazine for strategic development of distribution locations
3. Managing Distribution Channels
a. Cultivate and maintain relationships with direct distribution partners
b. Negotiate pricing and maintain relations with third party distributors and ensure that distribution is closely monitored
c. Develop and maintain subscription model for magazine with target readers
4. Reports
a. Work with circulation team to produce annual circulation strategy reports as well as regular updates on the status of Vantage distribution
5. Manage Circulation Team
a. Manage a team of at least one other circulation professional
. Requirements

Strategic
- University Degree or pending graduation (preference for majors in business and marketing)
- Minimum five years experience in magazine circulation
- Proven track record of successful distribution of a print publication
- Ability to grow a distribution network in multiple cities

Personal
- Willingness and ability to work in a team
- Evidence of ability and willingness to take on detailed implementation tasks when necessary
- Can work on own initiative and show enthusiasm


Other
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English, CET 6 for Chinese candidates; oral proficiency in Mandarin for foreign candidates
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Professional attitude and approach to business
