Job Description:

1.Thoroughly understand the business model and value chain within the industry, the various stake holders - vendors/solution providers and utilities, identify the current business needs, opportunities and challenges and accordingly develop a winning Conference Program for participants.

2.Conduct industry research to understand the trends, create and utilisean Advisory Committee Meeting to develop the themes for the topical, develop a bank of C - level industry leaders and experts to invite as Speakers.

3.Communicate with industry leaders (VP / CEO / MD / Director level), with an objective of getting their interest in the Conference through optimum value propositioning, inviting and confirming them as Speakers.

4.Draft the Conference program schedule- including session headings, presentation titles, catchy event tagline etc. Drafting message for marketing mailers, event website and other key collaterals:

1.Provide brief on the industry and Conference Program to Delegate Sales team at start of sales cycle and re-briefing as and when required;

2.Work closely and smoothly with colleagues withinthe team (Delegate sales, Exhibition sales, Marketing and Operations) as well as with external partners having strategic alliances for the event, viz Knowledge Partners, Industry Associations and bodies to further enhance program quality and credibility and leverage from strengths and existing industry relations, ensuring sales and direct marketing campaigns are successful and projected event targets are met and the Conference is “successful”, which is measured in terms of profitability as well as positive Delegate and Sponsor feedback;

3.Run and manage the conference on-site to ensure the successful running of the events;

4.Supervise the marketing plan and it’s implementation.
