Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate, establish and develop reliable suppliers for quality, service, price and local content requirements.

Administer corporate and departmental procedures.

Maintain effective relations with peers, colleagues and management.

Implement SPDP process.

Coordinate resolution of supplier quality problems.

Perform Potential Supplier Assessments.

Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing and the supplier.

Maintain required documentation and files.

Develop and coordinate joint venture/ supplier training in DGP procedures and requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: B.S degree with a major in engineering or equivalent. Desirable course work would include probability and / or statistics

Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in manufacturing , quality or engineering. Fresh graduate also can be considered.

Language: Proficient oral & written English skills

Computer : Good command of related software

Technical Skill:

Proficient in print reading and interpretation and part measurement

Demonstrated knowledge of geometric design and tolerance and gage design and function

Demonstrated knowledge of probability, statistical quality control and design of experiments

Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, procedures, facilities and equipment

QS 9000 knowledge

Soft Skill: Knowledge of corporate and division supplier quality standards, policies and procedures.
