1)Work with commercial team closely to issue VAT invoice regularly.

2) Perform standard system running program and prepare sales reporting to responsible BU.

3) Invoice management.

4) Perform sales collection in system timely and follow up with Commercial team.

5) Issue debit note to intercompany and send IDT confirmation on monthly basis.

6) Work with team to make sure the monthly/yearly closing accuracy, smoothly and timely.

7) Prepare AR related reports and account reconciliation per responsible entities.

8) Document the operation procedures in standard format, drive process improvement.

9) Proactively identify deficiencies/risk area in AR process and propose solution/measures to supervisors for discussion and improvement.

10) Work closely with accountant in other locations/functions on any accounting issues.

11) Other task assigned by line manager.
