This position will report to the GM of accounting and Finanace and in turn CEO(who is non-Chinese speaker).

Responsibilities:

◆Accounting

1. Timely issuance of invoice to charterer through shipbroker (one invoice every 15 days for each charterparty agreement)

2. Ensure charterer funds are duly received by the vessel owning companies bank accounts according to the charterparty agreement

3. Liaise and follow up closely with Ship Management firm on the vessel operating costs.

4. Liaise with Chartering department on any cost related matters on the vessels expected including repair costs, delay penalties, etc, so as to ensure all period costs are appropriately accrued.

5. Prepare paperwork and follow through established control procedures and authorizations for the disbursement of funds required by Ship Management firms ensuring funds requested are in line with Ship Management agreement’s budget.

6. Request and review vessel operating costs of each vessel owning companies prepared by the Ship Management firms,

7. Prepare monthly accounts for each vessel owning companies using 1 to 6.

8. Prepare monthly consolidated accounts of holding company of vessel holding companies, namely Crown Maritime (BVI)

9. Liaise with other group accountants, where necessary, to prepare Crown Maritime Limited (Cayman) and Crown Management Company (HK).

10. Prepare consolidated accounts of Crown Maritime Ltd (Cayman)

11. Prepare investor report of Crown Maritime (Cayman) Ltd ( both company and consolidated level) for Crown Maritime (Cayman) for review by senior management

Requirement:

1,Bachlor degree or above, major in Accouting or Finance related.

2,With at least total 5 / 7 years accouting related experience;

3,Candidates who have shipping experience and CPA qualified will be preferred;

4,A good command Mandarin and English both written and verbal is a must;

5,Be available to travel internationally frequently;

6,A strong team player, proactive, strong work ethics showing willingness to help at all times even with other divisions within the group and able to handle stress.
