PURPOSE OF FUNCTION:

Ensure availability of stocks to stores at any point in time
Ensure high level of stock accuracy
Reduce errors and improve efficiency of warehouse operations through PI cycle count
Ensure accuracy of information registration



ASSIGNMENTS (main responsibilities):
-Figure out, implement and follow up BPL related to warehouse adm&inventory team
Supervise, develop and motivate warehouse adm&inventory team to achieve the desired team objective
Develop and optimize warehouse adm&inventory routines to secure high level of working quality like accuracy of inventory, information registration and etc.
-Organize PI cycle count, UTG stock take and any other stocktaking as and when necessary
-Ensure PI cycle count on all possible locations is conducted at least twice per financial year
-Work closely with Warehouse Operation to reduce errors and improve operation efficiency
-Weekly and monthly commentaries on adjustments performed by the various sections
-Monthly commentaries on the inventory accuracy based on the findings from PI cycle count
-Prepare daily PI cycle count
-Support Custom & CIQ for the inventory & OSD matter
-Onsite daily troubleshooting relevant to inventory
-Team shift arrangement, working time monitor, performance review
-Be responsible to secure team' and team members' performance
-Other projects or tasks assigned by leader

COMPETENCE

Knowledge:
-Good knowledge about the warehouse operations
-Minimum 3 years working experience
-Good communication skill
-Fluent English in oral and written
-Bachelor degree above
