You have Supply Chain knowledge, with 3 years working experience in supply chain or product quality related function.
You are fluent in English and like to communicate with a diversity of people all over the world.
You have proven computer knowledge such as Access, Excel, and Power Point!
You preferably have a University Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business!

Assignment

The Product Quality Coordinator works on a regional level, focusing on the product quality and finding solutions/actions to resolve quality issues at the stores and distribution centers in Asia Pacific.In addition, working with IoS, Trading and Retail globally, to support the effort in reducing the customer returns and thus increasing the overall customer satisfaction.

Tasks include:
· Be the central hub of information and execution for all Distribution Service Asia Pacific Product Quality issues and information.
· Execute the goals and action plan for the Product Quality Group.
· Handle and process all Product Quality claims issued and submitted by stores and distributions centers (DC).
· Co-ordinate execution of safety sales stops and sales stops issued by IKEA of Sweden for all stores and distribution centers (DC) in Asia Pacific.
· Follow up the financial settlement flow, ensure the loss are correctively addressed to the right party.
· Issue, negotiate and settle Buyer Claims with causing parties, in IKEA's best interest and according to business rules .
· Co-ordinate and ensure agreed actions are carried out swiftly and properly.
· Ensure relevant KPIs are met consistently.

Today with 4 distribution centres located in China, Australia and Japan. IKEA DSAP support 35 IKEA stores in Asia Pacific and support the export of millions of cubic meters of IKEA products to more than 400 destinations globally.
