Main responsibilities

· Run payments from accounting system base on the schedule provided by the country

· Make sure all necessary communication has been made to get an accurate report from the accounting system

· Upload the payment file to E-banking system

· Get proper authorization from the approvers

· Check payment status

· Finish payment in accounting system



Knowledge/Education

· Bachelor degree

· Accounting knowledge is preferred

· Experience of dealing with E-banking is a plus



Skill/Ability

· Good communication skill

· Good oral and written English

· Good written Japanese, orally good is a plus

· Service oriented and customer oriented

· Able to prioritize the job and meet schedule

· Able and willing to give ideas on any improvements that lead to a more efficient output

· Able to give proper coach to the junior person

我们的人力资源服务包括人事信息维护和薪资。我们的财务服务包括应付帐款、运营会计和员工报销。
我们每月处理超过13万份工资单，每年处理130多万张发票和9万多份员工的报销申请。我们为新店及新的业务国家提供共享服务，从而支持宜家未来的业务扩张。此外，我们还提供人力资源和财务相关的系统支持，目前服务覆盖中国、日本、韩国、印度、澳大利亚和瑞典。
