YOUR ASSIGNMENT
1.Lead and optimize Maintenance, Safety & Security functions resources, in connection with the local DCs' BPL process.
2.Lead and plan Facility Dept organization development .
3.Ensure compliance with IKEA Risk Management policies / standards and all local safety & security laws / regulations in a consistent basis via a regular series of audits, follow-up, education, training and reports .
4.Lead and review SHI (Safety, Health and IWAY) Committee implementation .
5.Take the lead to review internal and external incidents/accidents and provide rapid response, investigation and reporting of all emergencies .

Requirement:
1. 5 years above management experiences, proven leadership skills .
2. Bachelor Degree in related discipline .
3. Strategic, analytical and tactical abilities .
4. Ability to share knowledge and learning, proven training skills .
5. Apprehension, interview and interrogation capabilities.
