Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage team order, contract processing by risk control check and review, ensure process fast and accurate, delivery be on time.
• Work closely with multiple departments including Sales, Planning, Logistic, Internal Control, Legal, Credit to assure compliance with all company business guidelines.
• Monitor the daily performance of level of service metrics, ensure prompt and accurate response to inquiries.
• Improve and set up customer service SOP agreed with cross function team, follow up the implementation status.
• Coach and lead team to provide professional Customer Service to internal sales team and customers.
• Work closely with IT to improve internal efficiency of customer service related ERP function.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years customer management experience.
• Oracle experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of operations.
• Strong training and technical presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
