任职资格：
1、建筑学相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、2年以上工作经验，具备方案深化能力，对建筑设计有爱好和热情，富有团队精神，能够在主任建筑师的指导下完成设计工作；
3、具有良好的建筑美学认知，手绘能力较强者优先，了解设计中常用建筑法规，具有研究、创新精神；
4、熟练操作AutoCAD，Photoshop，Sketch Up等专业软件。
