该岗位为8个月短期派遣合同，支持原岗位员工产假期间的工作。有JDE系统操作经验者，优先。

Position 职位: OTC Customer Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

工作职责:

1. Selling price and item management, sales contract finalized;

2. Customer satisfied survey data collection;

3. Related customer service and sales supporting (Phone answering, Quotation, CM calculation, Supplier Auditing, related documents from sales/customer requested preparation etc.);

4. Related customer documents filing in e-version and customer information filing;

5. Related customer database (commercial and product data) maintenance in JDE;

6. Related customer order responding and entering in system to 540 finished, including adjustment order ( CA, DT and CR);

7. Related order co-ordination and following;

8. Remote warehouse ( AP013) management;

9. Co-ordinate Slow Moving/special goods consumption;

10. Rolling forecast monitoring and feedback, ensure the data accretion;

11. Ensure that Planning as well as Shipping is informed on all details enabling in time production and customer delivery. Discuss and define production and delivering options with internal departments and provide customers, sales employees and logistics management the necessary information about orders, shipment and delivery dates;

12. Acts as back-up to colleague CSR’s, being familiar with specific tasks of the colleagues.

Safety & Occupational Health and Environmental Protection Responsibilities:

1. Active participation all SHE trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness;

2. Following the SHE requirements and report if not clear;

3. Report accident / incident / near miss timely / unsecure situations incidents;

4. Execute SHE procedure of company;

Qualification:

任职要求：

1. Bachelor or above degree;

2. Minimum 3 years sales support or customer service working experience, industrial background is preferred;

3. Proficient English in written and spoken, good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;

4. Familiar with ERP systems;

5. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;

6. Being able to manage multiple tasks and projects and work under high pressure.

7. Being sensitive on data and numbers, customer oriented and result oriented.

6. Being supportive, chariness, initiative, ownership, customer and result orientation.
