2、主导人力资源系统在事业部落地；推动变革管理；

任职资格:

1、三年以上全球领先人力资源系统项目实施经验，workday\sap\peoplesoft等，1-2个项目的PM经验为佳；

2、熟悉人力资源业务，包括core HR和Talent为佳；

3、优秀的沟通能力和变革管理能力。
