Communicate with customer to elicit and understand customer requirements on electric power steering system, effectively present to customer TRW capabilities and solutions on EPS product.

Lead or support activities to analyze requirements and synthesize design of a system which meets the customer requirements, as well as legislative, TRW safety and other internal requirements

Generate and maintain Product Compliance Matrix, gap analysis, and gap-closure action plans for all customer and system-level requirements

Generate system functional, architecture and subsystem functional requirements documents for flow down to subsystem/component teams; establish bilateral traceability of requirements from system down to lowest-level implementation

Lead or support analysis activities as required – DFMEA, DRBFM, PFMEA, etc.

Generate verification & validation (V&V) plans to establish bilateral traceability and ensure all requirements are met at subsystem, system integration, top-level system, and vehicle levels

Approve results from verification & validation (V&V) activities; support customer PCM review/approval

Lead or support product development Issue tracking, resolution, closure documentation

Establish system-level manufacturing and assembly “end-of-line” test requirements and limits

Deliver system work products in support of the TRW Safety Process

Lead or support development of new features, functions, diagnostics, verification tests, etc. as required
