Job Description:  

1. Production Planning: Establish materials demand plan and work out the production schedule on the basis of sales orders;

2. Material Planning: Confirm with purchasing function to generate material planning according to production plan. Adequately adjust production plan based on material delivery. Ensure the equipment runs smoothly; 

3. Production Management and Control: Arrange production process and monitor the progress in production to achieve the production target. Adjust production plan upon customers’ requirement; 

4. Data Collection and Analysis: Make an overall analysis on the data including daily/weekly/monthly report;

5. Good visibility of production status and material status: Predict and highlight the production bottleneck or material shortage risk in the near future. Co-work closely with the related function teams, manufacturing, and engineering, supply chain to prevent potential risks and remove obstacles;

6. Improve and optimize the working procedure to achieve high working efficiency;

7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

1. College degree or above;

2 . About 2 years’ experience in production and material planning, electrical industry is plus;

3. Be familiar with production scheduling methods, like Oracle, SAP ERP operation;

4. High level of data analysis and skilled operation on MS Office tools, Excel required;

5. Good command in English is perfected, both writing and speaking; 

6. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to drive with cross-functional initiatives;

7. Team-work, detail-oriented, proactive and responsible attitude is required.
