职位描述

Yale China is moving to establishing market leadership in the Chinese Consumer market, with promising career growth and opportunities. We are developing exciting new products and channels and looking for strong and dynamic leaders to join the team, and be part of this exciting journey.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop the strategy of retail sales for Yale China. Define and implement fully integrated business plan on own retail and franchising chain development.
  2. Develop retail vision, strategy and plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
  3. Develop sales function policies to build up and upgrade sales team capability to meet company target.
  4. Develop sales plans, break down sales targets and manage sales team’s daily activities well.
  5. Define product positioning attributes and translate it into sales, go-to-market strategy. Constantly exploring new sales models, get new sales ideas.
  6. Execute retail operations, staff, train, audit, market and fulfill orders smoothly. Collaborate with external parties to develop and manage ongoing results.
  7. Monitor and provide market transparency by continuous market research and analysis of competitors in terms of product, prizing and marketing.
  8. Hire, train and develop staff, create an inspirational and sustainable environment for staff and foster positive branding culture.


Requirements


  1. Bachelor degree or above with Sales, Marketing or Management related major. MBA prefer.
  2. More than 15 years of work experience, not less than 5 years as sales management role, smart-home products would be preferred.
  3. Strategic thinking, quickly and accurately identifies the cause of the problem, propose solutions, implementation, and be good at sales team building and managing.
  4. Results-oriented and entrepreneurial.
  5. Strong market sense and sensitive in numbers, demonstrable track sales record and analyze, supervise the sales performance, reach the company's targets.
  6. The knowledge required: business management, economic law, financial management, sales management, the company's products and technology etc.
  7. Good command of English and Mandarin.
