General Description: Performs a variety of clerical duties involved in maintaining patient medical records, including filing, retrieving and distributing medical records, notes and reports.

Check all incoming material and categorize either on the basis of content or alphabetically.

Ensure all new documents and paperwork are filed and logged properly in the records.

Manage document structuring to ensure easy finding and retrieval when required.

Manage all user requests related to document positioning, finding and retrieval.
定位寻找并回收所有使用者有需求的病历。
Inspect the filing section periodically to ensure records are categorized properly and are being maintained in a good condition. Take necessary steps to place documents in storage receptacles e.g. Archived documents
定期检查病历，确保使用记录被妥善分类并保持良好，采取必要的措施去在指定区域放置文件。
Maintain the record of the documents filed and removed. Maintain a log of all outgoing files to ensure documents are returned in time
维护、归档并更新病历使用记录。确保外借的病历及时归还。
Detailed Duties
具体职责
1. Working closely and assisting receptionists locating files
协助前台查找病历。
2. Preparing and retrieving files for out patient clinic on a daily basis at approximately 3-4pm the day before
在前一天的下午3-4点准备第二天门诊病历，回收当天门诊病历。
3. Returning Medical records to their correct place, according to their numbering everyday, approximately at 830am
每天上午8：30根据病历的号码，将病历归还至正确的地方。
4. Updating the Xcel sheet for medical record location.
更新Excel表格中病历存放的位置。
5. Assisting other departments in locating medical records.
协助各部门查找病历。
