1. 负责官方新媒体平台（微信、微博、抖音等账号）的采编工作、日常用户运营维护，具备良好的视觉审美；

2. 挖掘和分析用户使用习惯、情感及体验感受，即时掌握新闻热点，提供优质、输出有高度传播性的原创内容；

3. 品牌自媒体内容选题，编辑，协助品牌策划推广活动，进行相关文案创意；

4. 深入了解行业和用户调性，提升整体新媒体平台的粉丝量和活跃度；

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，新闻、传播学等专业优先，2年以上采编经验，1年以上互联网采编经验；

2、新闻敏感性强，对热门话题有敏锐的挖掘能力，熟悉互联网文化及信息传播特点；

3、对不同内容均具备个人独特的见解，有扎实的文字功底，具备丰富的选题和策划经验；

4、对社交媒体有浓厚的兴趣，熟悉国内外社交网站；

5、具备基础的图片和视频处理能力；

6、热爱媒体事业，具备良好的敬业精神和职业操守。
