Job Description

Mainly responsible for the Bar & Lounge operations

Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meetings

Assist Lounge Manager to develop and maintain good working relationship with all the potential customers

Responsible for the department of service training, cost control, product quality and service quality

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in management or related disciplines

Excellent Chinese & English communication skills

Working experience in first class flight attendant is preferred

At least 3 years relevant experience

Strong people management and leadership skills

Excellent communications and customer service skills
