职位描述
Overall Role Purpose:
Manage, control and develop the Air Freight (AFR) Gateway operational activities in the area in accordance with the group business strategy & local environment to deliver maximum gateway operation excellence and optimize business assets and human resources
Job Description:
1. Provide expertise in developing Gateway management and strategies to be consistent AFR strategies
2. Maintain good relationships with airport terminal, carriers and suppliers
3. Coordinate/liaise/work with Carrier contact on operational activities, issue resolution, process execution and performance improvements according to corporate policy
4. Follow up the carrier contract deal by product Management.
5. Perform management tasks with due regard to budgetary targets, service/ productivity levels and cost controls.
6. Plan and implement Gateway facilities, equipment and infrastructure in accordance with District & Country guidelines and local requirements.
7. Implement Gateway projects to address district and network imperatives and programmes
8. Ensure Gateway operational practices and procedures are compliant with Country and network operation policies.
9. Ensure adherence to ISO standards
10. Proposes IT needs
11. Undertake operational activities that contribute to transhipment operations KPI's
12. Oversee Gateway Security practices to ensure policies and business needs are met.
13. Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
14. Develop IKOsKPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
15. Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
16. Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
Job Requirement:
1. Good knowledge of AFR export operation process
2. Good knowledge of UWIN systems
3. Good knowledge of LOGIS systems
4. Good knowledge on project management and process improvement
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill
6. Good coordination skill
7. Good organization & people management skill
8. Good problem solving skill & good planning skill
9. 5 years exp & above
10. Bachelor Degree & above
