Summary:

    

The role of Assistant Operation Manager will take the responsibility of the inbound and outbound logistics, importation, bound warehouse activities for all brands under SBA. Need to support each brand on different E-commerce platform logistics set up, coordinate with brand HQ on outbound logistics, shipment arrangement and lead time control. The role also needs to support brand on importation, cross-board custom document preparation, cross-board warehouse management, inbound delivery and product return management. Should be the key contact person with 3rd party logistic partner to make sure all product logistics

    

运营经理助理将负责SBA下所有品牌的进出境物流、进口、绑定仓库活动。支持各品牌在不同电商平台的物流建立，协调各品牌总部做好出库物流、出货安排和交货期控制。该职位还需要支持品牌的进口，清关文件的准备，跨境仓储管理，进货和产品退货管理。作为第三方物流合作伙伴的关键联系人，确保所有产品的物流状况。

    

    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• responsibility of the inbound and outbound logistics, importation, bound warehouse activities

• Support brand to set up logistics part on different platform
• 支持品牌在不同平台上建立物流相关内容
• Coordinate with brand HQ about product purchase, outbound delivery management.
• 与品牌总部协调产品采购、出货管理。
• In charge of new product cross-board custom document, and cross warehouse product transfer process.
• 负责新产品的清关文件，跨仓库的产品转移流程。
• In charge of cross-board warehouse management
• 负责跨境仓储管理
• Support brand on platform inbound delivery and customer service
• 支持品牌在平台的发货物流和客户服务

                                                    

    

    

Qualifications:

• Passionate with beauty industry and consumers, sense of aesthetics, analytical thinking and creative
• 热爱美妆行业和消费者，审美观强，善于分析和创新
• At least 2-3 years in beauty cosmetics
• 至少2-3年美容化妆品行业工作经验
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 本科及以上学历
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office including word, excel etc.
• 熟悉Microsoft Office，包括word，excel等
• Experience on cross-board business is a MUST
• 必须有跨境业务经验

• Fluent in English could be a plus
• 英语流利者优先
