Objective of Job

To ensure optimum management of the development costs of the function they are responsible for, aimed to guarantee the operation Budget/Initiative targets and to identify the possible efficiencies.

Brief Task Description

* To draw up the monthly planning of the development costs of the operations and resource management by role (Full Time Equivalent; FTE), the budget and the allowed initiative targets, in collaboration with Unit/System Responsible (UR/SR).

* To identify and share with UR/SR the R&D Buy spending with the goal of guaranteeing that the internal resources are saturated and that the development costs of the operations are competitive.

* In collaboration with UR/SR, to ensure that the monthly planning of the development costs and utilisation of the resources (FTE) on the single orders is observed.

* In collaboration with UR/SR, to monitor the progress of the development costs by type on a monthly basis, to identify the deviations between what is planned and the final result, to analyse their causes and to draw up the forecast to guarantee the budget and initiative targets.

* Within his/her responsibilities, Unit Planner has to guarantee the conformity to Internal Control System rules.

Qualifications

* Bachelor degree, Management or industrial engineering background.

* Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English and proficient in MS office.

* Understand project workload and related financial data.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle stress.

* Hard-working, quick to learn and good team worker.
