Responsibilities:

* Design & optimize BOH layout, workstation and small ware to support business growth

* Develop tools of capacity analysis, data analysis, process optimization and simulation modelling

* Lead internal working efficiency & productivity improvement program

* Manage online documentary & equipment development process system

* Search automation & AI technology application information

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree or above, majoring in Industrial Engineering or Operational Research or System Engineering is preferred

* 3-5 years working experience as Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or other similar functions in restaurant industry or restaurant kitchen BOH layout & equipment design industry

* Experience of continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, Llayout design or optimization, system simulation is highly preferred

* Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S, JIT, Kanban, Line Balance, VSM, Push & Pull, Kaizen, TPM etc.) and AutoCAD (2D/3D)

* Basic knowledge of engineering statistics, labor management and finance analysis

* Good project management skills

* Good communication skills in both oral & writing (Mandarin and English)

* Logical and has mindset in systematical thinking

* Optimistic, proactive, energetic, appetite for challenge

* Innovative, can always think out-of-box

* Has strong adaptability
